Labsphere is able to provide diffuse reflectance coating services of any quantity, from single component to high-volume OEM needs. Labsphere offers three different diffuse reflectance coatings, Spectraflect®, Duraflect®, and Infragold®, for application specific requirements.
In addition to coating services, Labsphere’s comprehensive metal machining facilities can reduce the fabrication process by producing the pieces to be coated.
Labsphere is ISO 9001:2000 certified and controls over 95% of its processes in-house with facilities that include comprehensive machine shops; chemical mixing and coating rooms; optical and mechanical design laboratories; two calibration laboratories that follow NIST-traceable standards and procedures; material fabrication facilities; and laboratories for full optical, mechanical, and electrical system design and assembly.
