From single component to high-volume
Labsphere provides coating services for single component to high-volume OEM needs. Since we do everything in house, from mixing in chemicals to coating and pressing, we can simplify logistics, streamline the process, and ensure the highest quality at every step.
Labsphere’s proprietary coating processes include surface preparation, masking, coating, and testing to desired reflectance specifications. Coatings are applied in a dedicated coating facility by highly trained, certified coating technicians. This assures consistent high-quality, contaminant-free products that meet or exceed your expectations.
We will coat your component, or work with you to design and fabricate components made of metal or plastic, which can be coated with our high-reflectance coatings.
