illumia® Pro2 LED Characterization Systems

Simultaneous thermal, optical, and electrical characterization of LEDs.

illumia®Pro2 LED characterization systems are available in sizes from 50 cm to 2 m. Each system includes a thermoelectric cooling stage, calibration lamp power supplies, and spectrometer with a spectral range of 350 – 1050 nm and wavelength accuracy of <+/- 0.3 nm.
